Hi y’all!
I’m a Minnesota faith-filled mama in pursuit of igniting vision & momentum in women’s lives so that they elevate their energy, health and joy. Life is too short to settle and I feel in my soul it is my duty to help awaken you and remind you your life is worth more. And getting there comes in the form of small daily shifts. Shifting thoughts on health, happiness, & balance in your life. As a dietitian and certified personal trainer, and hippie at heart I believe at the end of the day we all have one thing in common — we want to feel good.
For some people, that’s finding ways to improve their physical health and for others it may be landing a promotion at work. I’m all about sharing tips & tricks to making living a healthy life easy and helping you feel empowered in owning your health & positive mindset.
My husband, three boys, & chocolate lab (Scout) keep me on my toes & overflow my heart. We love biking, skiing, and taking trips to Duluth.
